SAP Dubai is seeking an experienced AI-focused software engineer to design, build and operate cloud-native enterprise applications with AI-native capabilities. You will embed into customer projects, translating business needs into robust architectures and driving end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in cloud-native enterprise and SaaS engineering.
• AI-native apps design with LLMs, RAG and agents.
• Strong Python ML libraries and data pipelines experience.
• Agentic AI integrated into complex business processes.
• Mentor teams and establish development guardrails and practices.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from design to production operations.
• Exposure to SAP AI technologies is a strong advantage.
• Ownership of delivery with high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade cloud-native apps with AI capabilities.
• Embed into customer projects and cross-functional teams to understand processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures balancing speed and quality.
• Prototype, iterate, and productionize solutions in customer environments.
• Own delivery from problem framing to production operations.
• Apply engineering guardrails to ensure compliant, trustworthy solutions.
• Meet milestones and manage risks with proactive escalations.
• Communicate solution approaches and trade-offs to customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to engineering standards and reusable components.
