Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in automotive or related field.
• Experience in inventory and stock-control processes.
• Experience in workshop materials, tools, consumables, or auto parts preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of workshop materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.
• Support procurement of workshop consumables and materials, including sourcing and supplier follow-up.
• Verify quality and quantity of received materials and maintain documentation.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate recording of materials and consumables.
• Track returnable tools and ensure timely return to store.
• Assist workshop administration, including attendance records and audits.
• Maintain safety standards for stored materials and minimise hazards.
• Coordinate disposal of waste materials like oils, tyres, batteries, metals, plastics, paper.
