Job summary

Safran Aerosystems Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Aftermarket Program & Customer Support Manager to lead aftermarket programs for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and profitability. You will coordinate with sales, engineering, supply chain and front office to meet contractual definitions, monitor KPIs on budget, delivery, warranty and customer happiness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in aerospace or customer support.
• Experience with program/contract management preferred.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage aftermarket programs to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, supply chain, and front office to meet contractual definitions.
• Monitor KPIs on budget, delivery, warranty and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, partners and other Safran companies in the region.
• Define and deploy aftermarket strategies for client portfolios.
