Job summary

QatarYello is seeking a Senior Manager/Director to strengthen and develop its African practice from Dubai. You will work with the African consulting team and international leadership to lead client advisory, business development and project delivery across multiple countries.

You will advise senior executives and institutions on complex strategic challenges, originate high-value engagements, and build a senior network with corporates, investors and public-sector leaders.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager/Director level experience in strategy consulting, Big 4, or international advisory.
• Strong track record across African markets and Ghanaian business environment desirable.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on strategic and growth challenges across Africa.
• Originate and develop high-value consulting engagements.
• Lead multi-country strategy and advisory assignments across the continent.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, investors, DFIs and public-sector leaders.
• Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams.
• Contribute to growth and positioning of the African practice.
