Allianz Partners seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the expansion and optimization of its medical provider network across Africa. You will collaborate with Regional MEA leadership, local provider managers, and central MPM teams to drive timely, cost-effective project delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel across Africa as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and delivery of regional Africa projects, coordinating with regional heads and central teams.
• Oversee expansion and optimization of the medical provider network across Africa.
• Improve provider agreements, network operations, and provider payments.
• Coordinate with PMO, Operations, Claims, Edits, Network Operations, Software Development and Compliance.
• Deliver regular updates to management and maintain governance across the function.
