TLD is seeking a Customer Service Manager for Africa to lead the development of the regional service organization and ensure top-tier after-sales support across the continent. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in technical service, maintenance or customer support.
• Experience in field service and resolving technical issues on equipment.
• Fluency in English; French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development and growth of the Africa SSO from a customer service and technical perspective.
• Manage after-sales and technical activities across Africa.
• Remain involved in field work: troubleshooting, commissioning and interventions.
• Train and develop new technical staff as Africa expands.
• Coordinate service activities with customers, factories, spare parts, sales and partners.
• Manage warranty cases and service bulletins.
• Travel regularly throughout Africa to support customers and the team.
