Zepter International ME Partner L.L.C-FZ in Dubai, UAE is seeking an Affiliate Sales Lead to build and lead a high-performing affiliate network. You will recruit, onboard, and motivate partners while setting clear targets for sales and revenue growth.

You will develop strategies to expand the affiliate network, monitor performance, and optimize ROI. Expect to manage commission plans and incentives to align with targets and company goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Proficient in English.
