EDGE Group is seeking a Commodity Manager for Mechanical parts in Abu Dhabi. You will own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for investment casting, AM, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication, and drive PSL governance, supplier negotiations, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of sourcing/category management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Strong grounding in casting, machining, and sheet metal processes.
• Experience with AS9100D or equivalent quality standards.
• Proven negotiation, should-cost modeling, and TCO analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• SAP MM / Ariba or equivalent ERP/sourcing platform experience.

Responsabilités

• Own and refine multi-year sourcing strategy for mechanical parts.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP cycles; negotiate price, lead time, MOQ, Incoterms.
• Manage PSL and supplier performance across global and regional bases.
• Support make-vs-buy decisions and dual-source strategies.
• Provide DFM input to Engineering for parts and assemblies.
• Track spend, savings, and TCO against KPIs and report at reviews.
