EDGE is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Management Manager to own supplier quality performance across mechanical commodities and related parts. The role drives accountability through scorecards, audits, and corrective actions to ensure components meet aerospace standards before entering the supply chain.

The candidate will lead FAI governance, review FAI packages, and coordinate with Engineering on non-conformance disposition. This role will mentor a team and report KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supplier quality within aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Deep working knowledge of AS9100D, AS9102, and Nadcap special-process requirements.
• Proven experience leading supplier audits and corrective action (8D) programs; people management experience.

Responsabilités

• Own supplier quality governance including scorecards and audits (casting, machining, sheet metal, electronics).
• Lead AS9100D audits and Nadcap requirements; manage SCAR end-to-end and 8D investigations.
• Coordinate FAI per AS9102 for new parts/suppliers and changes; approve FAI packages.
