Air Q Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Officer in Abu Dhabi to manage daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, and documentation. You will coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and R&D to ensure timely material availability and production continuity.

The role emphasizes effective planning, cost control, and collaboration with freight forwarders and service providers to optimize delivery performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments by air, sea, and road.
• Prepare and verify import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production for material movements.
• Ensure accurate records and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor freight costs and optimize freight options.
• Maintain ERP/shipment tracking accuracy and data integrity.
• Escalate issues affecting production schedules or delivery timelines.
