PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the efficient flow of goods and materials. You will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Accommodation is provided as part of the package, and weekend/after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistician or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages would be beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work on weekends or outside regular hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during transport or delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Identify improvements in logistics processes and implement solutions.
• Train new team members on logistics processes.
