Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Research shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
• Coordinate with departments to align logistics with operations.
• Evaluate budgets and expenditures.
• Update and monitor logistics performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with laws, guidelines and ISO requirements.
• Obtain multiple quotes to minimize costs.
• Ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate with approved logistics forwarders.
• Collaborate with departments for smooth operations.
• Develop strategies to maximize transport savings.
• Support documentation: invoices, packing lists, origin certificates.
• Report shipment status and issues.
