Mashreq seeks an accomplished Advised FX Sales professional to drive growth within Private Banking by supporting Relationship Managers and delivering client-focused FX solutions. The role coordinates FX sales, product education, and client engagement across portfolios.

You will identify opportunities, coach RM teams, and promote a full suite of FX products to strengthen Mashreq's position as a preferred treasury partner for affluent clients.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing FX or treasury sales experience.
• MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• SCA level 3 certification.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Experience in Private Banking/high-net-worth client segments is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Advised FX sales activities across Private Banking with RM, Client Service Managers, Investment Advisors and product/channel partners.
• Maintain close client engagement to increase wallet share and position Mashreq as a primary FX provider.
• Support RMs in identifying, prioritizing, and converting FX opportunities.
• Provide joint client calling support and propose suitable FX ideas to drive transactions.
• Coach RMs on FX opportunities, client conversations, and product positioning to maintain momentum.
• Promote FX products including cash FX, forwards, margin FX, and structured treasury solutions.
• Drive new-to-bank business and penetration through proactive client engagement and cross-referrals.
• Provide market-driven FX ideas and regular client meetings to maximize activity.
