Job summary

Canadian University Dubai seeks an Admissions and Registration Officer to streamline undergraduate and postgraduate admissions and registration, ensuring compliance with MOHESR/CAA and UAE education standards. The role coordinates with academic departments, student accounts, and marketing to support a smooth student lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in English (Arabic advantageous), and a detail-oriented,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required.
• A minimum of two to four years of experience in university admissions, registration, or higher education administration is required, UAE experience preferred.
• Practical knowledge of MOHESR and CAA admission and registration frameworks and UAE secondary education systems is required.
• Experience using Student Information Systems and CRM platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Admissions Operations: process and review undergraduate and postgraduate applications; verify credentials; prepare admission files; communicate with applicants.
• Registration and Enrolment Operations: support student registration activities; coordinate course allocation; assist in resolving queries.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure all decisions and documentation comply with MOHESR and CAA; stay informed of regulatory updates.
• Coordination and Reporting: maintain applicant and student records; prepare admissions and registration reports; coordinate with departments for information flow.
• Student Engagement and Support: provide guidance to applicants and students; participate in enrolment activities and recruitment events.
