Job summary

• Minimum 3 years admissions or education sales experience in UAE university or higher education institution.
• Strong sales and conversion skills with ability to turn enquiries into applications.
• Experience managing end-to-end admissions from enquiry to application submission.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, agents and counsellors.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, website forms and walk-ins.
• Guide students and parents on programs, eligibility, admission requirements, steps, deadlines and documents.
• Manage the full admissions journey from enquiry to application submission including document collection and status updates.
• Convert qualified leads into applications through follow-up, counselling, objection handling and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate lead records, enquiries notes, follow-up updates, and application statuses in the CRM or lead tracker.
• Prepare and maintain admissions FAQs, templates, checklists and student-facing information.
• Coordinate with education agents, UAE school counsellors, and school contacts.
• Support school fairs, education fairs, open days and recruitment activities.
• Provide administrative support related to admissions coordination and marketing support.
