Transnational Academic Group, through Curtin University Dubai, is hiring a Junior Admissions Officer to manage enquiries, process applications, and support enrolment. You will handle CRM records, assist with recruitment events, and collaborate with Student Services, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a smooth applicant experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in recruitment/admissions, with strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in student recruitment and admissions, preferably in higher education.
• Experience supporting domestic recruitment activities and lead management.
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems and managing enquiries and applications.
• Knowledge of domestic recruitment channels and admissions requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for prospective students and parents via multiple channels.
• Provide accurate information on programmes, admission requirements, and timelines.
• Process student applications and supporting documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor application progress.
• Support event participation, campus outreach, and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate student progression.
