Job summary

IFFCO Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Administrator-RM & PM.Oils&Fats(UAE) to efficiently manage and coordinate the delivery process, oversee warehouse stock levels, and perform essential documentation and record-keeping tasks.

You will monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, and stock management, while executing data entry in SAP and Oracle per SOPs and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialization.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience in FMCG.
• Strong data entry, attention to detail, confidentiality and thoroughness.
• Good decision making, independence and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Review data for deficiencies and resolve discrepancies using standard procedures.
• Enter information in Oracle relating to factory warehouses.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following SOPs for Warehouse.
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data.
• Back up databases to secure information and maintain integrity.
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain operations and confidentiality.

Job Summary

To efficiently manage and coordinate the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate shipments based on product availability. Execute administrative tasks related to order tracking, document preparation, and record-keeping. Oversee warehouse stock levels and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory. Monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, and overall stock management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities on SAP
• Processes documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures
• Enters information on oracle relating to Factory such as Warehouse
• Maintains data entry requirements by following specific SOP for Warehouse
• Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems; purging files to eliminate
• Secures information by completing data base backups
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains operations by keeping information confidential

KPIs

• Coordinate employee attendance/ payroll input/ issues
• Monthly reports (Material Comsumption/ Labour Supply/ MIS)

Work Experience Requirement

• 5+ years of work experience in warehouse in any reputed FMCG industry.
