Job summary

IFFCO Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Administrator - Quality for Bakery Ingredients to supervise online inspections, CCP monitoring, and the timely release of finished goods (FG) and bulk batches in the system. The role includes maintaining quality documents and updating the approved supplier list, ensuring compliance with quality procedures.

The ideal candidate holds an ITI in any stream with 2 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor of Science adds advantage.

• Responsible for online inspections: Pre-weigh checks, CCP monitoring, weight monitoring.

• Responsible for receiving RM and PM as per quality requirements.
• Maintaining and updating approved supplier list.

• Responsible for timely releasing of FG and bulk batches in system.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of quality related documents.
• Responsible for receiving RM and PM as per quality requirements.
• Maintaining and updating approved supplier list.
• Inspection of 3PL storage facility.
• Liaising with 3PL on Hold and Release of RM/PM/FG.
• Adherence to IFFCO policies and procedures
