Job summary

IFFCO Group is seeking an Administrator-Data Entry Operator for the Margarine production line. You will accurately enter and manage production data, ensuring records are available for analysis and reporting, including OEE calculations.

You will input data into Oracle/SAP, generate daily production reports, coordinate with warehouse for batch tickets and LPNs, and support monthly stock counting while safeguarding data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of data entry experience in production or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Oracle/SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify daily production data in Oracle/SAP.
• Prepare daily production reports and update OEE spreadsheets.
• Provide batch tickets, LPN numbers, and RMPM to operators in coordination with warehouse team.
• Maintain daily logs and weekly attendance discrepancies; update records.
• Conduct monthly stock counting and support data-driven improvements.
• Act as shift-in-charge when needed and safeguard data confidentiality.

Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator in the production department is responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to production processes. This role ensures that all production data is recorded correctly and is easily accessible for analysis and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make ready daily production report into OEE spreadsheet.
• Should have knowledge of OEE loss accounting.
• Input production data into the Oracle/SAP systems for the production batches/ process order & complete the production batches on daily basis.
• Provide batch ticket , Label printing Number (LPN) and RMPM on time to the operator in coordination with warehouse team .
• Informing warehouse team after completion of tempering time of Margarine .
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, correcting any errors or discrepancies from downtime sheets. Maintain discrepancies of staff attendance in weekly attendance report.
• Maintain and update records of production data, ensuring they are accurate and up to date. Filing of daily log sheets in to the respective files.
• Responsible for monthly stock counting.
• Work closely with the production team to gather necessary data and ensure smooth data flow.
• Should act as a shift in charge in absence of him.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all production data.

KPIs

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in OEE spreadsheets and Oracle/SAP systems, while maintaining production records and coordinating with the warehouse team
• Support production operations, including stock counting, attendance tracking, and acting as shift-in-charge when needed, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Work Experience Requirement

• 2-4 years of previous experience in data entry in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data entry software i.e Oracle /SAP , spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel)

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
