  • Provide general administrative support to the department and management.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Prepare routine reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate office supplies and administrative inventories.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Coordinate departmental communications and stakeholder interactions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
  • Support project documentation, document control, and records management activities.
  • Monitor administrative processes and recommend efficiency improvements.

Fresh Graduates (0-2 Years)

Experienced Candidates (3-10 Years)

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-10 years of administrative, office coordination, executive support, or related experience.
  • Experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, Engineering, Construction, or Corporate environments is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
