Job summary

Tech First Gulf is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, collections and cash application in a Dubai-based role. You will maintain healthy customer accounts, monitor aging, and coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve billing issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance and solid AR experience with MS Excel and SAP B1 or similar ERP systems. This full-time, on-site position offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections and reconciliations.
Proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, data analysis).
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One or similar.

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via email, meetings and calls.
Monitor aging and ensure adherence to credit terms.
Allocate receipts and reconcile payments to invoices.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and short payments.
Prepare AR statements and reconcile customer accounts.
Coordinate with Sales Operations to resolve billing disputes.
Escalate overdue accounts per policy and process credit notes as needed.
Assist in month-end close and AR-related reporting.
Support audits with required documentation and improve AR processes.
