Job summary

K.D Industries INC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to manage invoicing, collections and related reporting. You will reconcile payments, maintain aging reports, and coordinate with Sales Operations and Finance to resolve discrepancies. SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Commerce, 5-7 years AR experience (UAE 2-3 preferred), and be ready to join within 15 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• 2-3 years UAE experience preferred.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations is advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Available to join immediately or within 15 days.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication.
• Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable aging reports.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations and Finance to resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment history.
• Process credit notes, debit notes and customer refunds as required.
• Prepare monthly receivable reports and collection status for management review.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
