Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C in Abu Dhabi seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and customer inquiries. The role handles revenue streams, receipts, and ledger reconciliation while ensuring timely cash flow and VAT compliance.

You will maintain customer master data, perform AR reconciliations, and assist with month-end closes. Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Excel is expected, with 3+ years of AR experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR processes.

Responsibilities

• Revenue invoicing and monitoring of revenue streams; issue invoices and receipts.
• Receivables collections; monitor bank collections, reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
• Manage student financial accounts including tuition fees, balances, and adjustments.
• Process stipends and reimbursements with additions and deductions as needed.
• Prepare instalment plans for students with outstanding payments.
• Respond to inquiries from students, parents, customers regarding invoices and balances.
• Follow up on aging reports and overdue balances to support collections.
