Job summary

Grand Mercure Dubai City, a 5-star Accor hotel in Dubai, is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional. You will supervise AR activities, assist the General Accountant in timely collections, and ensure accurate accounting of cash receipts and unpaid invoices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field, 2-3 years AR experience in a luxury hotel, strong Excel and Office skills, and excellent English communication. Knowledge of accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend operating policies and procedures for the section

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
• 2-3 years of relevant accounts receivable experience in a 5-star hotel
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical abilities
• Experience with accounting software preferred
