Job summary

Abid Fast Cargo Shipping L.L.C LC is seeking an experienced accountant to manage daily accounting operations in our Dubai office. The role focuses on accurate financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and timely VAT filings in line with UAE regulations.

You should have at least four years of relevant accounting experience, with preference for cargo/logistics exposure. Strong Excel and accounting software skills, analytical mindset, and careful attention to detail are essential to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in the cargo/shipping/logistics industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle accounts payable accounts receivable invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare financial reports cash flow statements and account reconciliations.
• Manage bank reconciliations and monitor company transactions.
• Ensure timely VAT filings and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Monitor company expenses budgets and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with banks auditors suppliers and other relevant parties.
