Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple departments to obtain, review, and process intercompany documentation.
• Manage month‑end closing tasks including accruals, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Verify sales data between BI reports and SAP systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare Claims Receivable Aging Reports and collaborate with brand teams to resolve outstanding claims.
• Compile and distribute weekly and monthly stock provision reports, ensuring accuracy of inventory data.
• Generate detailed sales and gross margin reports, including brand-wise and customer-wise breakdowns.
• Support management with timely and precise financial reporting for business decision‑making.
• Maintain organized documentation and uphold financial control standards across processes.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis).
