Job summary

Constructive Group in Dubai seeks an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team. You will process supplier invoices, issue customer invoices, manage credit control, handle expenses and assist with bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate is studying toward ACCA/CIMA/CPA, has 1–3 years UAE experience, and is proficient in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel. UAE labour law benefits and visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• Studying towards ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in accounts or finance support in the UAE.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments with supporting documents.
• Issue and track customer invoices and follow up on receipts.
• Credit control and day-to-day management of debtor and creditor balances.
• Handle expense claims, petty cash and staff reimbursements.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end tasks.
