Job summary

Constructive Technologies in Dubai seeks an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage month-end close, prepare management accounts, and oversee cash, debtors, and creditors, while ensuring VAT compliance and accurate reporting.

The role requires UAE accounting experience (3+ years), ACCA/CIMA/CPA progress or equivalent, and strong skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel. We offer visa sponsorship and a clear path to shape the finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting credential (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) or progress towards one.
• 3+ years' UAE experience in finance or accounting is essential.
• Proficiency with UAE VAT and corporate tax.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and strong Excel skills.
• Accurate, organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run the month-end close including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare the monthly finance pack and management accounts.
• Manage credit control, debtors, creditors, and bank/cash position.
• Prepare VAT returns and support statutory/management reporting.
• Support payroll reconciliations and WPS processes with HR.
• Maintain chart of accounts, controls and supporting documents.
