Job summary

Quess Corp in Dubai is seeking a Female Accounts Associate to support daily accounting activities, invoice processing, VAT and budgeting reporting, and month-end closings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Commerce, 1–2 years’ relevant experience, and SAP familiarity, with strong Excel and fluent English. ACCA/CPA/CA/ICWA preferred; automotive industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• SAP accounting experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• ACCA/CPA/CA/ICWA preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Debit & Credit Notes for distributors/suppliers.
• Invoice receiving, scanning & payment preparation.
• Support daily accounting activities using SAP.
• Distributor account management & payment processing.
• Support monthly book closing, audits & financial reporting.
• Assist with VAT and budget reporting.
