Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications preferred (CPA/ACCA/CA).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in F&B, FMCG or multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and UAE accounting standards.
• Hands-on audits and financial compliance experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

The role requires hands-on experience in auditing IFRS and knowledge of UK USA and Dubai accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS UAE UK and USA financial reporting standards.
• Lead internal and external audits coordinating with auditors to ensure smooth processes.
• Prepare financial statements reports and management dashboards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement required compliance measures.
• Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger management.
• Develop and implement financial policies controls and procedures.
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions.
