RUKN DAR AL FAKHAMAH ACCESSORIES & PERFUMES TR L.L.C SP is seeking an on-site Finance Assistant in Sharjah. The role involves daily accounting operations, posting journal entries, and ensuring transactions have proper documentation.

You will review invoices and vouchers, reconcile accounts, and support payable/receivable activities. The ideal candidate has a 2+ year UAE accounting background, proficiency with accounting software and Excel, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Commerce.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, invoice verification, and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with the finance team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sharjah. Valid UAE residence visa and availability for a secondment arrangement.

Responsabilités

• Assist the finance team with daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and post journal entries ensuring all transactions are supported by proper documentation
• Review sales and purchase invoices receipts and payment vouchers for accuracy
• Reconcile customer supplier and bank accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities including payment and collection follow-ups
• Assist with month-end closing and the preparation of financial reports
• Organize accounting documents and maintain confidentiality of financial information
