Job summary

AM PM is seeking a finance professional to join our UAE Purchasing and Supply Chain team. The role focuses on banking operations, invoicing, and reconciliation within the UAE, requiring 1C and advanced Excel skills.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 1 year of experience, and English at B2 level or higher. Prior UAE corporate banking experience is a plus. Dubai office-based position with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience opening and managing corporate bank accounts in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Process payment requests and prepare payment registers for director approval.
• Reconcile bank statements and invoices for goods/services.
• Maintain and update internal financial tracking files.
• Act as an authorized signatory with UAE banks; manage signatory updates and banking documentation.
• Coordinate with banks, prepare corporate documents, and respond to bank requests.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Worked in 1C accounting system: processing payment requests, preparing payment registers (for director approval), reconciling bank statements, recording incoming and outgoing invoices for goods and services
• Performed reconciliations with customers and suppliers
• Maintained and updated internal operational and financial tracking files

Banking & Financial Operations (UAE)

• Acted as an authorized signatory in interactions with UAE banks, including submission of applications, data updates, and ongoing banking support
• Completed and managed banking documentation, including KYC/AML forms, authorized signatory updates, product applications, and service activation requests
• Managed end-to-end process of changing authorized signatories: preparation of corporate documents, coordination of signatories, submission to banks, and status follow-up
• Prepared and provided corporate and financial documentation upon bank requests, including financial statements, incorporation documents, UBO details, proof of address, source of funds, and business activity justification
• Worked with online banking platforms: uploading documents, tracking request statuses, and navigating multiple banking interfaces
• Managed relationships with multiple banks simultaneously, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring timely responses to all requests
