Job summary

AM PM Europe GmbH in Dubai is seeking a proactive Purchasing and Supply Chain professional to manage orders, communicate with suppliers, conduct reconciliations, and monitor inventory to ensure uninterrupted product deliveries. • 2 years of experience in procurement at a large trading company.
• Fluent English skills. Fluent Russian skills.
• Excellent knowledge of business process management software and Excel.

Tasks

• Calculating and placing orders with suppliers
• Communicating with suppliers regarding orders shipments prices and specifications
• Conducting reconciliations with suppliers
• Monitoring inventory levels in company warehouses
• Ensuring uninterrupted product deliveriesCompleting reports on work activities
• Monitoring product availability
• Holding meetings with employees of related departments to address shortages and overstocking

Requirements

• Higher education in economics
