The ideal applicant has solid GAAP knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proven experience in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and budgeting support, enabling reliable financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Malayalee language (preferred)
• Proven working experience as an Accountant (preferred)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company's financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Process invoices and payments
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities
• Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies
• Prepare reports as requested by management
