Job summary

ConFlip in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will develop, maintain and analyze financial records, and prepare monthly and yearly statements.

Responsibilities include managing payables/receivables, bank deposits and reconciliations, budgeting, audits, and tax filings using QuickBooks and Xero; a degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant in a corporate setting.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Xero.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining and analyzing financial records.
• Preparing monthly and yearly financial statements and reports.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Making bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Tracking budget expenses.
• Filing taxes using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Preparing documents for audits.
• Providing guidance on budgeting decisions.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
