Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Malayalam (written & spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide financial advice to management on budgeting, investments, and cost management.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
