Job summary

GrandFit Car Care is seeking an Accountant for its Musaffah garage in Abu Dhabi. The role handles day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, VAT compliance, payroll support, and monthly financial reporting, with immediate joining and full-time commitment.

Ideal candidates should have UAE accounting experience, a B.Com or M.Com, and proficiency in UAE VAT and accounting software. UAE driving licence and garage accounting exposure are advantageous assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT.
• Experience in accounting software: Manager, Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
• Proficient MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping: sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
• Customer invoicing and supplier bill entry.
• Bank and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain VAT records and support VAT return filing.
• Payroll support and WPS salary processing.
• Follow up receivables and payables.
• Prepare monthly reports (P&L, outstanding statements).
• Coordinate with management and auditors.

Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month
