Platinum Inc. Consultancy is seeking an experienced Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable in the UAE. You will manage both receivables and payables, ensuring accurate financial records and timely cash flow.

The role requires hands-on invoicing, collections, and supplier payment execution within established procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in AR/AP, be proficient with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or Odoo, and possess solid Excel

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in AR and AP.
• Hands-on invoicing, collections, and receivables management.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, coordinating payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, ageing reports, and financial documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and tax invoices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting procedures.

Platinum Inc. Consultancy is currently recruiting an experienced Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable on behalf of a leading organization in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with practical experience managing both receivables and payables while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up to ensure timely collections.
• Process supplier invoices and coordinate payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts while resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable ageing reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and VAT documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Hands-on experience with customer invoicing, collections, and receivables management.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, coordinating payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, ageing reports, and financial documentation.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or Odoo.
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT regulations and tax invoices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
