Job summary

Tyloz Cleaning Services L.L.C is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in the United Arab Emirates to manage customer accounts, invoice processing, and daily data entry. You will support monthly closings and reconciliation efforts while ensuring accurate records and timely collections.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, 2–3 years AR experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. UAE experience is preferred and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Experience in data entry and maintaining accounting records.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting software/ERP is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic reports and statements related to receivables and invoicing.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payment-related queries.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
