Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping – Record daily transactions, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately.
• Accounts Payable – Manage supplier invoices, verify bills, and ensure payments are made on time.
• Accounts Receivable – Prepare customer invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation – Compare bank statements with company records and resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Budgeting and Expense Control – Monitor company expenses, prepare budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Tax Compliance – Maintain tax records and assist with VAT returns and other applicable tax obligations.
• Payroll Processing – Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, and employee benefits.
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock records and reconcile physical inventory with accounting records.
• Audit Support – Prepare financial documents and provide supporting records for internal and external audits.
• Cash Flow Management – Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure sufficient funds are available.
