Job summary

Quick Action in Dubai seeks an accountable and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage daily entries, reporting, and compliance.

You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reconcile accounts, and support audits while coordinating with other departments. A Bachelor's degree is required and 2–3 years in accounting with IFRS knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with Quick-Books and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Record daily journal entries and financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
• Monitor expenses and revenues, ensuring accurate documentation of all financial records.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and required reports to government authorities (e.g., VAT).
• Assist in internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and accounting records.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely settlement.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and cost analysis.
