Job summary

Aman Group seeks an Accountant to support financial operations across Europe and the Middle East, based in the Dubai Corporate Office. The role focuses on revenue tracking, branding fees, and commission accounting, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

You will coordinate with Commercial and Operational teams, handle month-end close, GL maintenance, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting, regulatory, and VAT requirements.
• Experience with revenue tracking, commission accounting, and financial reconciliations is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial reporting.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as SUN, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile sales revenue reports across Europe and Middle East entities.
• Track and account for branding fees and corporate commissions earned and payable.
• Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to ensure accurate financial treatment of deals and partnerships.
• Prepare commission calculations and reports, ensuring payments are processed in line with internal policies.
• Support revenue tracking and financial analysis across the portfolio.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collections.
• Manage accounts payable activities, including supplier payments and invoice processing.

Role

The Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial operations across Europe and the Middle East, with a particular focus on revenue tracking, branding fees, commission accounting, bookkeeping, and day-to-day finance activities.
