Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and accounting entries
• Prepare and manage invoices, payments, receipts and bank reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns for submission
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information during audits
• Monitor company cash flow and financial performance
• Verify and reconcile expenses, supplier statements and employee reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, accounting standards and company financial policies
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports
• Assist in preparing corporate tax-related documentation and reports as required under UAE regulations
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management
