Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Follow up regularly with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Identify opportunities to grow and develop the client portfolio.
Develop client retention initiatives to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Plan and coordinate client events and projects effectively.
Ensure deadlines, budgets and specific client requirements are met.
Ensure that all services are delivered to a consistently high standard, in line with company standards.
Respond proactively to client requests and concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Monitor market and industry trends to anticipate client needs and expectations.
Share relevant insights with the management team to support strategic decision-making.
Supervise field teams to ensure a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Ensure clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Carry out site visits to assess clients’ technical and logistical requirements.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the right technical resources for each project.
Coordinate the material and human resources required to deliver services within agreed budgets and timelines.
Ensure all logistical and technical aspects are managed effectively to support smooth project delivery.
Be present on site where required during project delivery, supervising operations and responding to client needs.
You have completed a two-year post-secondary qualification, such as a Higher National Diploma or a two-year university diploma in technology, with a focus on sales negotiation or business development, and can demonstrate at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong, proven knowledge of technical equipment and systems, particularly in video, sound, lighting and related technologies.
Technical English proficiency.
Ability to coordinate logistical, technical, material and human resources within agreed budgets and timelines.
A strong customer service mindset, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to client requests.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems effectively.
Strong time management and prioritisation skills to complete assigned tasks successfully.
Excellent client-facing interpersonal skills, based on active listening, understanding needs and building trusted relationships.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients and technical teams.
