You will leverage market insights and a proactive outreach approach to build lasting relationships with new and existing clients, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Responsibilities include promoting trading products, achieving sales targets, and driving retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial markets / brokerage industry.
• Must have an existing client portfolio (mandatory).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Chinese and Russian speakers are highly encouraged to apply.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Managerto join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.
