Job summary

Ennismore, at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, is seeking a skilled Accommodation Attendant to uphold the Heartist accommodation to the highest standards. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, while responding promptly to requests and emergencies.

You should have hands-on maintenance experience in hotels or similar facilities, work independently, and communicate in basic English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of AC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience in handyman tasks such as carpentry and painting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests.
• Basic English communication skills.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs related to air conditioning (AC), electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Inspect accommodation facilities regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and company standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records.
