Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic Outlet Supervisor to lead the food and beverage outlet, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service.

You will train, motivate, and supervise staff, monitor quality, manage inventories and costs, and collaborate with kitchen teams to maintain menu standards while upholding health and safety regulations. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant or F&B outlet operations with supervisor exposure.
• Strong leadership to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service and dining experience delivery.
• Thorough knowledge of F&B service standards and practices.
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English fluency; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
