Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an AV Technician to support our engineering and hospitality teams. The role focuses on delivering high-quality AV service across venues, ensuring equipment is installed, configured, and maintained to meet event and guest needs.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of AV operations experience in hotels or events, with strong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and control systems, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in audiovisual operations, preferably within hotels, events, or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and control systems.
• Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain AV equipment.
