Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking an AV Technician to deliver excellent, consistent service and to support the Engineering Department in maintaining smooth operations across all hotel activities.

Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in AV technology or related fields and possess 3–5 years of hands-on AV experience in hotels or events, with strong installation, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in audiovisual operations, preferably in hotels, events, or hospitality environments.
• Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to customers and assist in smooth running of the Engineering Department.
• Support other operating departments to ensure efficient hotel operations and successful events.
