Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a manager in a fine dining or related environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and employees.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including customer service and staff management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasurable dining experience.
• Manage staff schedules and training.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Monitor food quality and health & safety compliance.
• Set goals and monitor performance of the team.
